4 • � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-10 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> -MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of January, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Millikin University for a special use <br /> permit for a R-6 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> and described as follows: <br /> Lots Five (5) through Twenty (20) in Block One (1) of Oaklawn <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 149 Page 121 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Millikin University to develop the premises described above under a R-6 <br /> Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit <br /> A(two pages) and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
