MODIFICATIONS TO CODE. The following numbered sections of said Code are <br /> hereby modified as herein indicated: <br /> F-308.2.1 by substituting the word "unlawful" in lieu of the words "deemed a <br /> misdemeanor" whenever the latter words appear therein. <br /> F-1103.4 by substituting, in lieu of the verbiage found therein, the following verbiage: <br /> "Change in solvent use: Written notification shall be provided to the code official before a <br /> change to a more hazardous class is made in the solvent used in the equipment." <br />
