, <br /> � <br /> F-3101.3 by substituting the words "the fireworks may be sold, displayed or discharged" <br /> in lieu of the words "of the display or discharge of fireworks". <br /> F-3102.1 by substituting, in lieu of the definition' of fireworks found therein, the <br /> following definition: "Fireworks shall mean and include any combustible or explosive ' <br /> composition, or any substance or combination of substances, or article prepared for the purpose I <br /> of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration or detonation, and <br /> shall include blank cartridges, toy pistols, toy cannons, toy canes or toy guns in which explosives <br /> are used, firecrackers, torpedoes, skyrockets, Roman candles, dago bombs, smoke devices, <br /> chasers and devices of like construction and any device containing any explosive substance, <br /> except the term "fireworks" shall not include auto flares, wire sparklers, snakes, glow worms, <br /> trick noisemakers and paper caps containing not in excess of .25 grain (16.2 mg.) of explosive <br /> content per cap and toy pistols, toy guns or other devices for use of such caps, the sale and use of <br />� which shall be permitted at all times." <br /> 5. ADDITIONS TO CODE. The following numbered sections are hereby added to <br /> said Code as herein indicated: <br /> F-3103.2.1 Building: No permit to sell fireworks may be issued unless such fireworks <br /> will be sold from a building meeting all applicable requirements of all City of Decatur building <br /> and safety codes. No fireworks may be sold from any place other than the building and location <br /> for which the permit is issued. <br /> F-3103.2.2 Display of Permit: Any permit issued hereunder for the sale of fireworks <br /> must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises at all times. <br /> F-3103.7 Revocation: Any permit issued hereunder may be revoked or suspended by the <br /> City Manager upon two (2) days notice in writing to the permittee of opportunity to be heard, for <br />
