, � F-3101.3 by substituting the words "the fireworks may be sold, displayed or discharged" in lieu of the words "of the display or discharge of fireworks". F-3102.1 by substituting, in lieu of the definition' of fireworks found therein, the following definition: "Fireworks shall mean and include any combustible or explosive ' composition, or any substance or combination of substances, or article prepared for the purpose I of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration or detonation, and shall include blank cartridges, toy pistols, toy cannons, toy canes or toy guns in which explosives are used, firecrackers, torpedoes, skyrockets, Roman candles, dago bombs, smoke devices, chasers and devices of like construction and any device containing any explosive substance, except the term "fireworks" shall not include auto flares, wire sparklers, snakes, glow worms, trick noisemakers and paper caps containing not in excess of .25 grain (16.2 mg.) of explosive content per cap and toy pistols, toy guns or other devices for use of such caps, the sale and use of � which shall be permitted at all times." 5. ADDITIONS TO CODE. The following numbered sections are hereby added to said Code as herein indicated: F-3103.2.1 Building: No permit to sell fireworks may be issued unless such fireworks will be sold from a building meeting all applicable requirements of all City of Decatur building and safety codes. No fireworks may be sold from any place other than the building and location for which the permit is issued. F-3103.2.2 Display of Permit: Any permit issued hereunder for the sale of fireworks must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises at all times.
