ORDINANCE NO. 98-42 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> - 903 WEST DECATUR STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1998, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dove, Inc. for a special permit under the <br /> provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described <br /> below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, said use being the operation of an office and said <br /> premises being legally described as follows: <br /> The East 40 feet of Lot Six (6) in Block'Three (3) of Packard's <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 20 Page 207 of the ' <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and reviewed by, the Historical and <br /> Architectural Sites Commission, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date <br /> hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit <br /> be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
