Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, granted to Dove, Inc., and only to Dove, Inc., to own and operate an office as a Historic ', <br /> Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat and plans hereto ' <br /> attached marked Group E�ibit A and hereby made a part hereof. , <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: �I <br /> (a) That the proposed development occur in accordance with the data and site <br /> plan submitted by the Petitioner; and, <br /> (b) That prior to occupancy that the building be in compliance with all City <br /> Building Codes. <br /> Section 4.
