Section 1. That the petition described above, and the reports of the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief concerning said petition, be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That approval be, and it is hereby, granted to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., and only to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., to construct and operate a freestanding 150-foot high monopole communication tower and equipment building upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked E�ibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That said approval be, and it is hereby, granted to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., subject to the following conditions: (a) That said communication tower be a monopole structure. (b) That prior to construction, complete building and construction plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Department of Community Development and the Department of Public Works, and a building permit shall be obtained. (c) That upon completion of construction, all ladder rungs attached to the subject tower shall be removed a minimum distance of forty (40) feet above ground level, and further that as such rungs may be installed for future maintenance they shall be removed upon completion of the work. (d) That a ten(10) foot high chain link fence shall be constructed around the base of said tower, E�chibit A notwithstanding. Section 4. That said approval granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this approval.
