"PrimeCo", and GrowMark , <br /> Inc. and respectfully petition the City Council of Decatur as follows: ' <br /> 1. PrimeCo is the Lessee of property commonly known as 2205 Brush College Road, ' <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and legally described as follows: I <br /> Part of Lot Six (6) of the South Half (S�i4) of Secdon Six (6), Township Sixteea (16) � <br /> North, Range Three (3) East of the 'I'hird Principle Meridian, as per Plat recorded in <br /> record"K"page 397, ia the Circuit Clerk's o�ce of Macon County, IIlinois, except the <br /> South Six Hundred Fifry fcet thereof. ' <br /> 2. Lessee's Leased Premises on the property located at 2205 Brush College Road is further <br /> described in the survey submitted herewith. <br /> 3. The property is currently improved with a multi-story principle building, housing offices <br /> and warehouse space, and with an accessory building for further warehouse storage. <br /> 4. The property is classified in the M-1 Light Industrial District. ' <br /> 5. The Petitioners, PrimeCo and Growmark Inc. propose to construct a 150' monopole <br /> antenna structure and to place its accompanying unstaffed 8' x 12' x 10' equipment shelter at the <br /> base of the tower within a 30' x 30' leased parcel. <br />
