r - ORDINANCE NO. 97-77 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT COMMUNICATION TOWER - 3780 EAST FULTON AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 1997, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan ission held a ublic hearin u on the etition of PrimeCo Personal Communications Comm p g p p , L. P. for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(j) of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding communication tower and equipment building, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: The West 30 feet of the South 60 feet of Lot Four (4) in Decatur Plaza Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 187 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L.P., and only to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding 140-foot high monopole type communication tower and equipment building upon the premises aforesaid in
