That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That said communication tower be a monopole structure located a minimum <br /> of 150 feet north of the north right-of-way line of Fulton Avenue. <br /> (b) That prior to the issuance of a building permit approval be obtained, in <br /> writing, from the Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> (c) That prior to construction, complete building and construction plans shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Department of Community Development and the Department <br /> of Public Works, and a building permit shall be obtained. �, <br /> (d) That a landscape plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of I <br /> Community Development prior to the issuace of a building permit. <br /> (e) That upon completion of construction, all ladder rungs attached to the subject <br /> tower shall be removed a minimum distance of forty (40) feet above ground level, and further <br /> that as such rungs may be installed for future maintenance they shall be removed upon <br /> completion of the work. <br /> (� That a ten (10) foot high chain link fence shall be constructed around the base <br /> of said tower. <br /> Section 4.
