Mayor and City Council <br /> August 13, 1997 <br /> Page Two <br /> With regards to the proposals on North Brush College Road and South Martin Luther King, Jr., <br /> Dr., as noted above, staffrecommends approval with the following stipulations: (1)that a fence <br /> having a minimum height of ten feet be constructed around the base of the tower, (2)that rungs <br /> on the tower be removed a minimum of forty feet above the base upon completion of <br /> construction, and (3)that development otherwise be in accordance with plans submitted by <br /> petitioner with the subject request. <br /> A copy of the Plan Commission minutes relative to these petitions is included in the packet. <br />
