Chapter 60 <br /> I30. TELEPHONES. Each taxicab operator must have a separate telephone where <br /> passengers may call. Such operator must provide twenty-four hour service and at no time shall <br /> there be less than one taxicab in operation. <br /> . . , <br /> [`1,:sF„�D.,l:..s:., .-sl„+;.,«+.,+1,e..,.....i.s�..P+�.,:,...1... .. .-„+e.i 1..,s..,.l, l:..e«..se <br /> 3�: 31. TRIP LOGS. Each operator is required to keep a log of each trip of each <br /> taxicab which must be kept available for the inspection of the Chief of Police or other municipal <br /> officers for a period of at least sixty(60) days. <br /> I33-32. PENALTY. <br /> A. Any owner or driver of a motor vehicle not licensed as a taxicab in accordance with <br /> the provisions hereof, or where the license has been suspended or revoked, who operates said <br /> vehicle on the streets or public ways of the City for the purpose of carrying persons for hire or <br /> reward, or who solicits for hire passengers on the streets or public ways, sha11, upon conviction, <br /> be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each day on which <br /> a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a separate offense. <br /> B. Any persons not having been duly licensed as a taxicab driver, or any person whose <br /> license as such driver has been revoked or suspended, and who, during the time of such <br /> revocation or suspension, drives for hire a taxicab on the streets of the City shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars($500.00) for each offense, and each day <br /> on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a separate offense. <br /> C. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter <br /> for which no fine is provided, shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars <br />
