Chapter 60 <br /> 27. DRUGS, ALCOHOL. Any driver of a taxicab, while on duty as such driver, found <br /> to have arry amount of alcohol, cannabis, or conirolled substance (as defined in the Illinois <br /> Controlled Substances Act) within his or her system , <br />' , sha11, upon conviction therefor, be fined not <br /> more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)and his or her taxicab driver's license shall be revoked <br /> in addition thereto. Arry driver of a taxicab while on duty as such driver,found to be impaired in <br /> his or her ability to safely operate a motor vehicle as a result of the presence of arry amount of a <br /> drug, compound, or substance in his or her system, whether taken pursuant to the direction of a <br /> licensed physician or not, shall upon corrviction therefor, be fined not more than Five Hundred <br /> Dollars($S00) and his or her taxicab driver's license shall be revoked in addition thereto. <br /> 28. HORNS. <br /> '�,�-,��^''��'��-� ��`'��`^�; Unnecessary, loud, or continuous blowing of the horn is prohibited. <br /> 29. USE OF TAXI FOR UNLAWFUI. ACT. It shall be unlawful for any licensed <br /> driver or operator of any vehicle, to misrepresent the name of his employer, or to knowingly <br /> receive or transport any person, or persons, who intend to commit any unlawful act in <br /> said vehicle during the trip or at the termination thereof, whether within said vehicle or not, and it <br /> shall be unlawful for any person to solicit or procure or to aid, or to assist in soliciting, or <br /> procuring, any person to ride in any vehicle hereunder, with intent to commit any unlawful act <br /> therein during the trip or at the termination thereof, and upon conviction thereof, such driver shall <br /> have his taacicab driver's license revoked in addition to any fine imposed. The taxicab shall not be <br /> used for the personal use of the operator or driver. <br />
