Chapter 60 taxicab not inspected and certified as herein provided or any ta�cicab which upon being tested as aforesaid fails to qualify for a certificate of safety or is found to be unclean, not of good appearance, not well painted or not equipped with a ta�ci meter. Licenses when so suspended or revoked shall not be reissued until said taxicab is made to conform with the provisions of this Chapter. I �-�- 13. COLOR SCHEME. No license shall be issued to operate any taxicab upon the public streets of the City unless the color scheme of the taxicab proposed to be so operated, including the monogram required to be placed upon the doors thereof, shall be distinctly different from that of the licensed taxicab, or taxicabs, of any other taxicab owner or operator so that the ownership and identity may be readily ascertained by the Police Department and the patrons of anytaxicab. I �14. LICENSE PLATE. The Finance Department shall deliver to the licensee a plate for each taxicab licensed. The plate shall be appro�mately three inches in width and six inches in length and shall have stamped and printed thereon the word "Taxicab" and the official license number and date of expiration of said taxicab license. Said plate shall be af�ed to a conspicuous place on the outside of the cab, for which said license is ganted. IThe license number of each taxicab t-a�i-Eab shall be printed on each side and the rear of the same with figures of sufficient size to be readily seen by members of the Police Department and patrons of the taxicab. I �4: 1S. NAME OF OWNER. Every taxicab licensed under the provisions of this Chapter shall have the name of the owner thereof plainly painted in letters at least one and one-half inches in height on the center of the main panel of each front door or rear door of said vehicle.
