Chapter 60 <br /> suspend or revoke the taacicab driver's licerrse of cmy person who fails to submit to the request of <br /> a Police Officer, made upon reasonable, articulable suspicion that said driver may be impaired <br /> due to the effects of arry amount of alcohol or drugs. <br /> D. For every susperrsion or revocation of a taxicab alriver's license, the Chief of Police <br /> shall issue a written notice, which shall be mailed via first class mail to the last known addresses <br /> of both the driver and the owner, stating brie,f ly the basis for the suspension or revocation, the <br /> effective date of the suspension or revocation, the duration of the suspension or revocation, and <br /> a notice, stating that, upon written request,filed with the City Clerk withirr ten (10) days of the <br /> date of the notice of suspension or revocation, for cmy suspension or revocation of taxicab <br /> driver's licenses exceeding three days duration, said suspension or revocation shall be <br /> appealable to the City Manager. <br /> � 19. SCHEDULE OF RATES. Each person, firm or corporation owning, operating <br /> or controlling taxicab service in the City shall before making any charge for service file a schedule <br /> of rates with the Finance Department to be by said Department kept on file and available for <br /> public inspection. Said rates shall be uniform as to class of service. No charge for service shall be <br /> made by any said person, firm or corporation, or any agent or employee thereof in excess of the <br /> rate shown for that service on the schedule so filed with the Finance Department. No such person, <br /> firm or corporation, agent or employee shall discriminate between persons or entities in making <br /> charges for service. No new, modified or amended rate sha11 become effective, or any charge be <br /> made based thereon, unless or until a schedule setting forth the same has been on file with the <br /> Finance Department for ten days. <br />
