Chapter 60 <br /> I -�20. TA.�CAB DItIVER'S LICENSE REQLTIItED. <br /> A. No person shall drive any taxicab as defined herein on the streets and public ways of <br /> Ithe City without a taxicab driver's license therefor. <br /> B. No operator of a taxicab shall employ any person to drive any taxicab on the streets <br /> Iand public ways of the City who does not have a taxicab driver's license issued to such person by <br /> the City. <br /> �9:21. APPLICATION FOR T.4.1�CAB DRIVER'S LICENSE. Each applicant for a <br /> taxicab driver's license must fulfill the following requirements: <br /> (a) Be at least�8 21 years of age; <br /> (b) Be of sound physique, with good eyesight, and not subject to epilepsy, vertigo, heart <br /> Itrouble, or any other infirmity of body or mind which might render him or her unfit for the safe <br /> operation of the vehicle; <br /> (c) Be able to speak, read and write the English language plainly; <br /> d Be clean in dress and r n d i h <br /> e so and ot a d cted to t e use of ' <br /> ( ) p �, <br /> alcohol or drugs; <br /> (e) Produce on forms to be provided by the Chief of Police, affidavits of his good <br /> character from two reputable citizens of the City who have known him personally and observed <br /> his conduct frequently during one year next preceding the date of his application, and also a <br /> further testimonial from his last employer; <br /> (fl Fill out upon a blank form to be provided by the Chief of Police, a statement giving his <br /> full name, including his full first name, his residence, or places of residence, for the three years <br /> previous to his moving to his present address, his age, height, color of eyes and hair, place of <br /> birth, length of time he has resided in the City, whether a citizen of the United States, place of <br />
