A. 95-0635 or shall have a collective bargaining agreement in <br /> effect dealing with the subject matter of P. A. 95-0635. � <br /> 9. The City Code requirements for Minority Participation Goals for Public Works <br /> Contracts are in effect for this contract: � <br /> (1) Ten percent (10%) of the total dollar amount of the contract should be performed <br /> by minority business enterprises; and, � <br /> (2) Eighteen percent (18%) of the total hours worked should be performed by <br /> minority workers. � <br /> All Contractors shall provide evidence of ineeting the City's minority participation <br /> goals prior to the award of this project and prior to all payments made for work � <br /> completed, or provide the City of Decatur documentation on their good faith efforts to <br /> comply with the participation goals. Required information and documentation is <br /> included in the Project Manual and to be submitted with the bid proposal. � <br /> REJECTION OF BIDS: <br /> The Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, reserves the right to accept, renegotiate or reject � <br /> any or all proposals and to waive any variance from the requirements of the instructions for <br /> bidders.
