The Director of the Department of Community <br /> Development or his designate sha11 act as Secretary for the Commission and said Coordinator or <br /> his designate shall meet monthly with the Commission. <br /> 7. ANNUAL REPORT. Not less than annually the Commission shall report in writing to <br /> the Council its activities and its recommendations, if any. <br /> 8. DUTIES. The Commission shall advise and consult with the Council and the City <br /> staff, and may recommend such action as it may deem appropriate to address the concerns of <br /> senior citizens in the City of Decatur, and study and report on such other matters as may be <br /> referred to it by the Council from time to time. <br />
