RECLAMATION
24. A general layout of the reclaimed site is shown in the Reclamation Plan.
25. During reclamation the mining slopes will be cut back to a slope of 3 to 1 with a final
horizontal setback of 50 feet from the property line to the edge of excavation.
26. Profiling of the slope to a 3 to 1 grade above water will provide sufficient material to
create a 3 to 1 slope below water to the toe of the excavation.
27. Grass cover will be established on the finished slopes and surrounding area to prevent
erosion and provide stabilization. Trees will also be planted in the level areas.
28. Only native species will be used for the revegetation. This will re-establish the natural
plant community that gives regional character. Types of grasses will be Little Blue
Stem, June, Indian and Porcupine with trees being selected from Pin Oak, Pin Cherry,
Black Oak, Slippery Elm, etc..
29. Reclamation will include moving the fence line from the Lugari lease line to the original
southern boundary of the Tryco Property. The leased area will be returned to Lugari
with a surface graveled from process operations, suitable as a site parking lot.

5.
