DECATUR, IL. <br /> FROM: M-2 (Present Zoning Classification) <br /> TO: M-2 (Desired Zoning Classification) <br /> The name and address of the property owner is RIGHT RECREATION INC. 2121 N. 22ND <br /> STREET, DECATUR, ILLINOIS. <br /> In support of this request, petitioner hereby submits to the CITY PLAN CONIlI�IISSION AND <br /> CITY COUNCIL the following facts and ATTACHED DRAWING. <br /> The purpose of the proposed SPECIAL USE is for a FAMII.,Y ENTERTAINIV�NT PARK to <br /> be named at a later date. The park will be on the property that is adjacent to PLA MOR LANES. <br /> Both of these are owned by RIGHT RECREATION, INC. <br /> The park will be built over a span of four to five years. The initial stage will include a club house <br /> and a 18 hole miniature golf course. This is planned to open in May 1996. <br /> When this ro'ect is com leted it will contain one or two 18 hole miniature olf courses <br /> P J P , g , <br />' Go-KART track, Kiddy Go-Kart track, Bumper boats, Batting cages, Club House, and a larger <br /> building to house electronic games and concessions. <br />
