The 18 hole golf courses will be of high quality, challenging and fun. They will have sand and <br /> water traps similar to a regular golf course. There will be landscaping, water fountains, and <br /> lighting. <br /> TI� Go-Kart track will be 1100 feet. These cars will have gas engines and run about 20 mph. <br /> The Kiddy track will be much smaller, to be used by children ages four to six years old. The cars <br /> contain gas engines and run about 3 mph. Helmets will be required. <br /> The Batting Cages will have dual pitching machines for both baseball and softball. These <br /> machines will have variable speed motors to adjust the ba11 speed from 40 to 80 mph. <br /> The Club House will sell soft drinks and limited food. It will also have a room to be used for <br /> children'birthday parties and other types of gatherings. <br /> The larger building is planned to be used for people of a11 ages. It will contain one or more <br /> concessions like McDONALDS AND Pizza Hut. There will also be rooms for parties and <br /> electronic games. There will be a children's play azea with the popular soft play equipment, <br /> similar to what some fast food businesses have at theu establishments. <br /> There will be sufficient room for parking, since bowling leagues will be finished when the <br /> park's heavy use begins. In fact, PLA MOR LANES no longer uses the parking lot east of the <br /> proposed park which in itself holds 100 plus cazs. <br /> RIGHT RECREATION INC. currently operates a recreation facility on it's <br /> adjacent property. <br /> , <br /> � � / <br /> ( Signature of Petitioner) <br />
