USE OF EQUIPMENT; PENALTY. No person sha11 use any motor vehicle, <br /> equipment, appurtenance, tool or apparatus of the City assigned to the Fire Department for any <br /> private purpose, or tamper with, remove, damage, or deface the same, or interfere with the use of <br /> the same by members of the Department or others authorized so to do. Any person who violates <br /> any provisions of this Section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not to exceed Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($500.00). <br />
