(d) commencing on January 1, 2004, one (1) additional Emergency <br /> Communication Specialist, or a total of five (5)Emergency <br /> Communication Specialists. <br /> (iii) The terms"Communications Supervisor" and `Bmergency <br /> Communications Specialist" shall mean those employees of the City occupying <br /> positions denoted as such by position descriptions of the City, which descriptions <br /> are attached hereto as E�ibits A and B. The costs to the City of said positions <br /> shall include wages and other benefits, including, but not limited to, insurance, <br /> pension contributions and all other generally accepted employment costs, as <br /> determined by the City's Finance Department. <br /> O. The ETSB shall be responsible for all expenses associated with its obligation to <br /> provide a back-up PSAP, including, but not limited to, telephone exchange equipment, <br /> radio or phone links between the Macon County PSAP and the back-up PSAP, any <br /> charges or expenses related to the operation of the back-up PSAP, and any expenses <br /> incurred by the City due to any agreement with a back-up PSAP; <br /> P. The ETSB shall be responsible for all costs of providing any hardware or software <br /> required to comply with requirements of state and federal laws and regulations regarding \ <br /> equal access to E-9-1-1 service to those who are speech or hearing impaired. <br /> Q. The ETSB shall reimburse the City for its actual costs associated with the startup <br /> and testing of the Enhanced 9-1-1 system including any extra personnel costs for <br /> Emergency Communication Specialists or Communication Supervisors who answer and <br /> log test calls. <br /> IV <br /> LIABILITY <br /> A. The ETSB shall hold harmless the City, its Council members, officers, employees <br /> and agents, in both their individual and official capacities, from all claims for damages to <br /> any equipment owned by the ETSB and used for System purposes, as defined in 50 II.,CS <br /> 750/0.01 et seq., except in cases of gross negligence. <br /> B. The City shall hold harmless the ETSB, and its Board members, officers, <br /> employees and agents, in both their individual and official capacities, from all claims for <br /> damages to any equipment owned by the City and used for System purposes, as defined in <br /> 50 ILCS 750/0.01 et seq., except in cases of gross negligence. <br /> C. The ETSB shall obtain and keep in place during the term of this Agreement, and <br /> any e�ensions thereof, comprehensive general liability insurance, including, but not <br /> limited to, coverage for errors and omissions and providing for costs of defense, for all <br /> activities related to the operation of the, as defined in 50 ILCS 750/0.01 et seq., and for all <br /> 6 <br />
