� <br /> TASK III I' <br /> Task 3 involves the completion of the Corrective Action Complerion Report (CACR), if sample <br /> results prove that existing petroleum contamination at the site is below Tier I Residential Cleanup <br /> Objectives. Mr. Hogan will be responsible for completing the CACR. He will complete all <br /> boring logs and Laboratory Certifications. Mr. Goodiel will assist in completing the text of the <br /> report. This will include; interpretation and summaries of analytical results, physical analysis <br /> results and field observations. All of the above information as well as any other pertinent <br /> information will be included in the CACR. <br /> Mi. Charlie Meyer, Professional Engineer, will conduct a final review on all field activities, <br /> analytical results, physical soil results and summaries included in the CACR. Mr. Meyer will <br /> certify that the site is either a No Further Remediation Site, a Low Priority Site or a High Priority <br /> Site on the Professional Engineer Certification form. <br /> Ms. Carole Roper, Secretary, will organize, type, copy and submit the completed Corrective <br /> Action Completion Reports to the IEPA and other interested parties. <br /> 6 <br />
