iw � II <br /> r. <br /> ATTACHIVV�NT B <br /> FOR <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> TO <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> Owner: City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> Engineer: Black & Veatch Corporation <br /> Project: Construction Phase -Water Works Improvements <br /> Ion Exchange Treatment Plant Addition <br /> South V4�ater Treatment Plant <br /> Date: <br /> , COMPENSATION <br /> For the services covered by this amendment, the Owner agrees to pay the Engi.neer as <br /> follows: <br /> CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES ' <br /> For services described in Attachment A as Tasks 1 through 10, an amount equal to the <br /> Engineer's salary times 2.85, except for the services of the Resident Project <br /> Representative which shall be paid for at the rate of salary times 2.50,plus reimbursable <br /> expenses, and plus subcontract billings times 1.05, with total billings not to exceed <br /> $525,000.00 without the authorization of the Owner. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES <br /> For supplemental services, an amount equal to the Engineer's salary times 2.85, except <br /> for the services of the Resident Project Representative which shall be paid for at the rate <br /> of salary times 2.50,plus reimbursable expenses, and plus subcontract billings times 1.05. <br /> Each item of work shall be specifically authorized by the Owner, and a maximum billing <br /> limit shall be established before the work is started.
