R2000-205 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PRIDE NIIDWEST SERVICES�INCORPORATED <br /> WHEREAS on May 1, 2000, the City Council approved an Agreement with Pride Midwest <br /> Services, Incorporated,to provide taxi service under the Transit System's subsidized taxi <br /> program for the disabled; and <br /> . WHEREAS the Agreement between the City and Pride Midwest Services, Incorporated, <br /> lists the fares charged by the cab company, to be reimbursed by the City; and <br /> � WHEREAS on October 1 st, Pride Midwest Services, Incorporated,raised their fares and <br /> requested reimbursement for the higher fares <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINJIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Pride Midwest Services, Incorporated,regarding participation in <br /> the City's subsidized taxi program for the disabled be, and the same is hereby,received,placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
