R2000-202 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL FOR <br /> UNDERWATER CLEANING& INSPECTION <br /> WILLIAM STREET RESERVOIR AND PUMP STATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2000-42 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. T'hat the City has requested proposals for cleaning and inspection services for <br /> the William Street Reservoir and Pump Stations. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Liquid Engineering Corporation be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Liquid Engineering <br /> Corporation for underwater cleaning and inspection services for their proposed price of <br /> $9,995.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 2000. <br /> TERRY M.
