Bottom sediment in excess of the <br /> cubic yards stated above, will be removed at $38.00 per cu yard. Material that cannot be vacuumed with LEC's <br /> HydroDyne cleaning equipment (e.g., concrete, gravel, construction materials, etc.} is considered debris and will be <br /> removed at$425.00 per hour, with the first hour at no charge. <br /> Interior video inspection wil� be completed with real-time closed circuit high-resolution color underwater video equipment. <br /> All pertinent findings will be recorded on VHS format videotape (including dive maintenance technician's findings and <br /> narrative summary), as well as on all checklists and written recommendations. Exterior inspection findings will be noted <br /> on the exterior reservoir checklist. Videotape record, checklists and summary recommendations will be provided upon <br /> completion of the operations and remain the property of the City of Decatur. <br /> Cleaning 8�Inspection Totai— — --------------- --�9,995.00 � <br /> Removed water and materiais are the responsibility of the City of Decatur, and it is requested the utility have one person <br /> to provide access for the cleaning and inspection procedures. [Unscheduled delays which are a direct result of the <br /> utility's responsibilrties (i.e. access and water level), may incur standby charges.] <br /> • All Dive Maintenance Technicians and associated in-tank equipment are fuliy disinfected according to AWWA Standard C652-92. <br /> • All Liquid Engineering operations conducted on your system are in compiiance with all applicable OSHA, RWVVA and TNRCC <br /> standards, procedures, and regulations. <br /> • A�I inspections to be in accordance with the applicable recognized standards from the following agencies; National Association of <br /> Corrosion Engineers(NACE), Society for Protecfive Coatings(SSPC),American Welding Society (AWS).
