R2000-173 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br /> AGENCY TO DESIGNATE AUTHORITY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: i <br /> Section 1. T'hat the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of I <br /> Decatur and the Illinois Environmental Protecrion Agency regarding the designation of <br /> appropriate persons within the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure to sign applications <br /> for watermain extension permits from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of <br /> the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
