4. Hours . <br /> (a) Booth Attendant. The Authority shall operate Garage B , <br /> with a booth attendant during such hours as are desirable or �, <br /> necessary for cost effective management and efficient operation for I <br /> the convenience of the public. <br /> (b) Security. One security person will be provided by the <br /> Authority who will rotate between Garage C and Garage B during the <br /> following hours , Monday through Friday of each week, except <br /> scheduled City holidays : <br /> Garage C: Between Noon and 6 : 00 P.M. ; <br /> Garage B: Between 4 : 00 P.M. through 9 :00 P.M. <br /> (c) Additional Securitv. If the City desires additional <br /> - security persons to be used at either or both of the two Garages, <br /> then the Cit shall advise the Authorit of the number of sec <br /> Y urit <br /> Y y <br />� persons desired, the location and the hours to be used. The City <br /> shall pay the Authority for such additional security persons the <br /> sum of $12 . 00 per hour per person upon being billed therefor by the <br /> Authority. <br /> 5 . Fees . All fees or charges for use of Garage B shall be <br /> fixed from time to time by the City. The Authority shall collect <br /> such of those fees and charges as it is from time to time directed <br /> so to do by the City through the City Manager and shall not permit <br /> any motor vehicle to be parked in said facility without charge <br /> -3- <br />
