� � 1 , � <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual <br /> obligations of the parties hereto, each party does hereby covenant <br /> and agree with the other, for their mutual benefit, as follows : <br /> 1 . Operation-Garaqe B. The Authority agrees to furnish such <br /> personnel and supervision as shall be necessary or desirable to <br /> operate and secure MVPS Garage B located on North Water Street <br /> between Eldorado Street and East North Street in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois ( "Garage B" ) in a safe, efficient, courteous and <br /> adequate manner and to comply with all laws and with all ordinances <br /> of the City of Decatur from time to time applicable to the <br /> operation of said facility. <br /> 2 . Security-GaraQe C. The Authority further agrees to <br /> provide security personnel for MVPS Garage C, located on South <br /> Franklin Street between East Wood Street and East Main Street, in <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois ( "Garage C" ) . <br /> 3 . Alterations . The Authority shall make no alterations or <br /> additions to said Garage B or Garage C without obtaining the prior <br /> consent of City in writing signed by the City Manager, and said <br /> facilities and all appurtenances thereto, presently located, or <br /> hereafter Iocated in, or upon, said facility whether affixed <br /> thereto or not are, and shall remain, or shall become the property <br /> of the City. <br /> -2- <br />
