Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council approve the <br /> attached resolution to amend the agreement with PC & E for a new PC and software upgrade in <br /> the amount of an increase of$17,500.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment to <br /> the agreement. <br /> City staff will be available to answer any questions that the Council may have at the <br /> meeting. <br /> cc: John W.
