That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> negotiate a contract with Blank, Wesselink, Cook and Associates, Inc. for an amount not to <br /> exceed $45,000.00 for engineering, planning, and other professional services regarding Phase II <br /> Project Design Work within the Olde Towne Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> Section 2.
