That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and Real Estate Investors of Decatur, L.L.C. ("REID"), regarding the redevelopment of the premises <br /> commonly known as Fairview Plaza and 134 East Main Street, be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
