This paper application is being submitted as a back-up to the electronic <br /> submittal using the TEAM software. The City is requesting Operating Assistance in the amount <br /> of$801,814 and capital funds in the amount of$100,000 to construct the new Multi-Modal Bus <br /> Terminal. <br /> The city will conduct a Public Hearing on the above Application for Funds on May 26, 2000. A <br /> copy of the public notice is provided as a part of this request for funding(Attachment Z). Our <br /> city council will be adopting a Formal Resolution requesting funding from F�TA on June 5, 2000. <br /> A copy of this resolution will be forwarded to FTA after formal action by the Decatur City <br /> Council. <br /> Finally, the city has filed a copy of this Application for Funding with the Illinois State Clearing <br /> House in Chicago, (See Attachment 3).
