R2000-82 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING OF <br /> A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) <br /> FOR A TRANSIT PLAN1vING STUDY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINJIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mass Transit Administrator be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to advertise a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a transit planning study, as a comprehensive <br /> review of the operations of the transit system.
