Job Location DEWITT FIELD WELLS 7 & 8 , The undezsigned Purchaser hereby instructs Layne-Westem, a division of Layne Christensen Company("Contracto�')to proceed with work on Purchasers well and/or pumping equipment with the understanding that the Terms and Conditlons shown on the reverse are hereby incorporated as part of this Woric Order and with the specific understanding that Contractor will not be liable for any damage in any way whatsoever for failure to complete the described work, nor for any injury or damage, including damage to the well, well material, pump or water supply, resulting from Contractors efforts to perform such woiic,or for any delay on Contractor's part in completing same. All work will be provided on a cost plus basis at the hou�iy rates described below.
