That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2000-23, South Water <br /> Treatment Plant Raw Water Pump Station - SCADA System, and presented herewith be received <br /> and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. T'hat the bid of PC & E, Inc.,be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
