Provide a follow-up, on-site work session with S WTP personnel to review the <br /> staff's experience with the new operating system and necessary additional <br /> ' training. <br /> 5. Providing one-year technical support to City staff for the operation of the new <br /> ' system and software. <br /> 6. Performing an inspection of the equipment and components prior to the <br /> expiration of the warranty period and advising the City of any repairs, <br /> ' replacements, deficiencies, etc. that the contractor is obligated to make. <br /> ' III. SPECIAL PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS � <br /> (The City considers the following items unique to this project and firms submitting a <br /> proposal shall appropriately consider and address these items in the submitted proposal <br /> ' for this project.) <br /> A. The consultant shall identify its expectations of the Ciiy in the performance of the <br /> ' contracted work. <br /> B. All field work and inspections shall be done in compliance with applicable OSHA <br /> ' and NEC regulations. <br /> C. The City will retain the right to control the release of any information obtained in the <br /> course of completing the assessment. <br /> ' <br /> IV. TENTATIVE PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> ' (The following schedule represents the City's anticipated time frame for the project. The <br /> project schedule for the work will be negotiated with the selected firm and based on the <br /> final scope of work.) <br /> tA. Receive proposals March 28, 2000 <br /> ' B.
