This pacakage will have all the necessary technical information required <br /> to allow contractors to bid the installation. <br /> ' Project manuals (3) — Project manuals will contain Sequence of Operation, VO i <br /> list, PLC ladder logic, recommended spare parts list, purchased equipment <br /> specifications and purchased equipment operations and maintenance manuals. <br /> , Fee Schedule: <br /> ' This work will be done on a Lump Sum basis for the amount of$ 28,900. If <br /> additional work is required, PC & E will submit a change order request stating the <br /> reason for the change, the dollar cost of the change and the effect that the <br /> , change will have on the schedule. Invoicing will be on a monthly basis based on <br /> a percent complete of the work to be performed. <br /> ' Acceptance of Conditions: <br /> No exceptions to the proposal are taken. No employees of PC & E are spouses <br /> or children or have children who are Decatur City employees. <br /> ' Qualifications: <br /> PC & E Inc. has worked on several similar projects in the recent past. These <br /> ' include: <br /> Testing of the existing spread spectrum radio system for the City of Decatur. <br /> ' This project is complete and was completed under the estimated amount.
