Iv'otwithstanding, if there are any changes rec�uired by state or federal laws that are solely applicable ta tibraries,the Library covenants and agrees that it will prompt(y cause to be made any and all changes or alteratic�ns in and ahout the Leased Premises whieh are required to be made solely because of the I.ibrary's use of the Leased Precnises as a library. SECTION 8: Existin�Contracts The Library shall immediately provide to the Gity all existing contracts that the Library have in place as of the date of this Lease Agreement regarding the facility or its operation and maintenance including,but not limited to,electricallgas ser�-ice,elevatar maintenance agteements, waterlsewer service,chemieal addition systems, cable systems ar ather such related contracts. "I'he City shall not be required to abide h}° any such existing cc>ntracts that the Library currently has in place regarding the facility or its ogeratian and maintenance and agree to hold the Library I�armless for any can�:ellation fees or costs actuatly incurrcd. ��twithstanding, the City may elect to asswne, pa}� for, or abide by said existing contracts zn the Cit�'s sole discretion. SECTION 9: Atter�tions bv°Librar� Library may, with the written pre-approval of the City which appraval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and at the Library's cost, install new cable or optic fiber communicaiion nciworks and make additions and changes to the lease� space. SECTI�N 10: Reiocation of Proiect Read and Friends of the Librar� The City agrees to allow Project Read and the Fnend� af the Library to continue uti�izing spac:e in the Building. Said space will be that which said entities currently utilize or a reasonably si►nilar spac;e. The Friends of the I.,ibrary space is included in the Library s L,eased Premises. The
