R2000-52 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Employee Assistance Program Agreement, between St. Marys <br /> Hospital and the City of Decatur, effective May 1, 2000 is hereby extended until conditions <br /> warrant non renewal, and the same is hereby accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2.
