The <br /> survey elicits the client' s responses to <br /> timeliness of appointments, helpfulness of <br /> counselor, confidentiality of services, <br /> thoroughness in explaining community resources, <br /> and follow-up contacts . The survey also elicits <br /> similar responses to the referred professional, <br /> agency, or other services . <br /> The CITY shall perform the following services : � <br /> A. Develop, in consultation with the ESC, an EAP <br /> policy statement to reflect the procedures for � <br /> using the EAP. <br /> B. Provide a designated liaison to work with the i� <br /> HOSPITAL' S ESC. <br /> 2 .
