Provide one (1) training session, up to a maximum <br /> of three (3) hours, on the EAP for a maximum of <br /> twenty (20) CITY supervisors, when requested. <br /> This training will include the procedures and <br /> techniques in making a supervisory referral <br /> to the EAP. The ESC will provide a supervisory <br /> training manual specifically tailored to the <br /> policies and procedures of the CITY. <br /> G. Provide periodic supervisor/manager refresher <br /> training sessions, up to a maximum of two (2) <br /> hours each, on the activities of EAP, supervisory <br /> referral procedures, and issues/problems with EAP <br /> referrals, when requested. The ESC will provide <br /> all necessary training materials for this session. <br /> H. Provide six (6) one (1) hour inservices or <br /> seminars related to the EAP service to the CITY <br /> each year, when requested.
