, Q � � � <br /> , � � T , , , . t � . <br /> ., • - - <br /> PERMIT PROVISIONS <br /> GENERAL <br /> The term "Applicant" as herein used shall mean the Applicant, his successors or <br /> assigns. <br /> The attached layout sketch shall be construed as a part of this permit. <br /> The Applicant shall complete all backfilling, reshaping and reseeding, and restore the <br /> right-of-way to its original condition within the time limit specified for this permit. Any <br /> extension of time necessary to complete this work shall be obtained in writing prior to <br /> specified completion date and authorized by letter from the District Engineer or his duly <br /> authorized representative. <br /> There shall be no additions or changes of location in the work authorized by this permit <br /> without prior approval of the District Engineer or his duly authorized representative. <br /> Whenever the work under this permit involves any obstruction to the free flow of traffic <br /> in the normal traffic lanes at any time on multilane highways (more than 2 lanes) or work <br /> of sufficient time duration that the obstruction will exist during hours of darkness on any <br /> other highway, plans of the proposed method of traffic control must be submitted to and <br /> approved by the District Engineer at least 72 hours, and preferably longer, before the <br /> start of the work. These traffic control plans shall consist of a completed standard Form <br /> 725. <br /> In emergency, limited parking on the paved roadway will be permitted provided proper <br /> safety regulations, inctuding the use of the required flares, signs, and flagmen are <br /> complied with. <br /> One-Way/Two-Way traffic is to be maintained at all times on Illinois Route 48 during this <br /> construction. <br /> Construction of proposed work or any future repair work on this authorized construction <br /> shall be limited to such time as the unsurfaced portion the right-of-way is in a dry and <br /> sufficiently firm condition to support required vehicles or other equipment without rutting <br /> or otherwise damaging the right-of-way. <br />
