Such adjustment sha11 become effective on the Renewal Date and, except for specified changes in Coverage(s), shall remain constant for that Renewal Term. 4.03 Post Termination Notwithstanding other Contract provisions, the Employer's obligation to pay amounts incurred under this Contract survives ternunation and the Employer shall timely pay all amounts owed. Article 5 , Term,Termination,Amendment and Law 5.01 Term This Agreement shall be in effect for the twelve (12) months of the Plan Year.written below, and sha11 renew automatically on the Renewal Date wiless, prior to that Date, either party i.0 1 .0 provides thirty(30)days written notice of termination. 5.02 Termination a.) Normal Either party may, upon the first (lst) day of the month following thirty (30) days written notice, ternunate this Contract as to claims incurred after ternunation. b.) Nonpayment/Partial payment Notwithstanding any other Contract provisioq in the event that the Employer fails to timely pay any amounts owed, VISTA may, after ten (10) days written notice, ternunate this Contract. c.) Tern�ination of this Agreement shall not temvnate the rights or liabilities of either party arising out of a period prior to such ternvnation. 5.03 Amendment and Law Amendments to this agreement may be made from time to time, but only if in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Dlinois. This ageement is effective for the Plan year begirming January 1, 1999.
