Our partners include the AWWA <br /> Research Foundation and the Center for Water Quality Optimization (University of <br /> Colorado). Both of these organizations are supporting the development of technical materials <br /> that are to be used by the Partnership for Safe Water. <br /> The existing program to optimize water treatment plant performance will be enhanced to include <br /> consideration of disinfection by-producu,solids handling and disposal, and generally encompass the <br /> entirety of water treatment plant operation. <br /> Your membership and participation in the Partnership for Safe Water will ensure that these new <br /> program elements will meet your needs. The Partnership is a voluntary collaboration ("programs by <br /> utilities for utilities").
