B. EPA agrees to designate a liaison for program technical matters. The liaison is: <br /> Jim Westrick, EPA Technical Coordinator <br /> Partnership for Safe Water <br /> U. S. Environmental Protection Agency <br /> Technical Support Division, Mail Stop- 140 <br /> 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive <br /> Cincinnati, OH 45268 <br /> C. Technical Support. Partnership for Safe Water agrees to assist the Partner in the following <br /> ways: <br /> • by making available documents appiicable ta implementation of the Program's management <br /> and technical measures, <br /> • by developing, in conjunction with Partnership for Safe Water National Partners, background <br /> and implementation information covering each measure included in the self assessment <br /> (Phase III)program, and <br /> • by making available(when feasible)appropriate Partnership for Safe Water personnel as <br /> speakers at regularly scheduled National Partner meetings,conferences,and workshops to <br /> promote,explain,and/or advance the state of knowledge on the management and technical <br /> measures of the Program as a whole. <br /> D. Recognition. Partnership for Safe Water agrees to provide the Water Supply Partner with <br /> recognition for its commitment to the program by publishing articles and performing analyses <br /> related to activities under the program, and providing press releases raising awareness of the <br /> program as a whole. There are three recognition certificates awarded under the program: <br /> � A "Partner's Certificate of Participation" will be provided to Partners meeting e(igibility <br /> requirements and executing this Partnership Agreement in recognition of the Partner's <br /> commitment to the goals of the partnership. <br /> • A "Directors Certificate of Recognition" presented by the Directors of the Partnership <br /> organizations will be awarded upon completion of the Phase-II and III requirements and <br /> review and approval of the completion report by the Program Effectiveness Assessment <br /> Committee. <br /> ' • An "Excellence in Water Treatment" recognition presented by the Partnership organizations <br /> will be awarded upon completion of the Phase- IV requirements and review and approval of <br /> the review team recommendation by the Steering Committee. <br /> IV. Partnership for Safe Water Logo <br /> A. Partnership for Safe Water agrees to permit the Water Supply Partner to use the Program logo in <br /> appropriate places such as bill stuffers, letter head and fleet vehicles that will publicize the Water <br /> Partnership for Safe Water Page 6 <br />
