Quincy Avenue <br /> Denver,CO 80235 <br /> The reports will be provided to the Program Effectiveness Assessment Committee for analysis and <br /> determination that the utility has met the criteria of the Partnership. <br /> F. Communications. The Partners,National Partners and Regional Partners agree to cooperate <br /> with the National Partners'efforts to communicate the advantages to the public and other water <br /> suppliers of participation in the Partnership for Safe Water Program. This could include ' <br /> preparation of case studies,journal articles, and press releases and their distribution to the media, <br /> employees, customers,other Members and potential Members. <br /> G. Applicability of Laws and Regulations,and Non-Endorsement. The Partners agree that <br /> � participation in the Partnership for Safe Water Program does not relieve any Partner of any <br /> obligations under existing federal or state laws or regulations governing drinking water, and that ! <br /> participation in the program, use of the program logo, or any publicity relating to participation in <br /> the Program does not constitute endorsement of the Water Supply Partner for anything other than ', <br /> its commitment to the goals of the program. All parties agree that they will not imply otherwise. �, <br /> H. Annual Fee. The Water Supply Partner agrees to pay an annual fee(according to Attachment B) <br /> to participate in the Partnership for Safe Water Program. An invoice will be sent to the Water I <br /> Supply Partner in November of each year for payment no later than February of the following ' <br /> year. Continued payment of the annual fee is necessary to'maintain the current status of any <br /> awards. <br /> III. Partnership for Safe Water's Responsibilities I <br /> A.
