� � a <br /> RESOLUTION R99-206 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 2000/2001 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following <br /> subrecipients: Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Macon County, Decatur Catholic Charities, Decatur <br /> Macon County Opportunities Corporation, Decatur Not In Our Town, Easter Seals of Central <br /> Illinois, Inc., Heritage Behavioral Health Center, Inc., Macon Resources, Inc., Torrence Park <br /> Neighborhood Organization, Youth Enrichment Program, Youth With A Positive Direction, <br /> YWCA of Decatur/Macon County, and Macon County Health Department,be, and the same are <br /> hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the approvals of these agreements are subject to concurrence and final <br /> approval by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> Section 3.
