Attachment II <br /> provides a four year summary of funding. Attachment III includes additional information <br /> including program descriptions. <br /> After further deliberation, interviews and site visits with all the applicants,the revised <br /> recommendations reflect staffs best intentions for funding all programs. Furthermore, <br /> preliminary discussions with our HUD representative concluded with recommendations that staff <br /> work closely with agencies on capacity, eligibility and overall program management to ensure <br /> that programs meet the national objectives for low/moderate income benefit and service level <br /> requirements as promulgated in the HUD regulations. <br /> Staff is available to answer any questions. <br /> Attachment. <br />
